What We Offer

The Grand Lawn

The Grand Lawn is adjacent to The Gates and can truly serve as a blank canvas for any type of event. It is 60’x130’ of beautifully sodded lawn. This area can accommodate up to 250 people and can be tented or used alfresco. Power and water is included, but this space does not include rentals or restroom facilities.

The Lower Patio

The Lower Patio is adjacent to and available for use with The Gates or The Grand Lawn. This space can be used for champagne service following a ceremony or for additional seating/entertaining space with the Grand Lawn.

Careless Joe's

Named for the team that brought Club Blanton back to life; Carol, Leslie, and Joe, Careless Joe’s is the site of the original ‘Club Blanton’. Established in the late 1920s, this building functioned as a dance hall and honky tonk for locals and Fort Benning soldiers who took the Blanton Ferry across the river from the Georgia side. It is beautifully renovated 

and exudes historic character. Careless Joe’s can accommodate up to 75 

guests seated inside. Tables and chairs are provided for this space.

The Overlook

Outside of Careless Joe’s, on The Overlook, an additional 75 guests can be seated on a lush lawn overlooking a one-of-a-kind river view. This space is complete with a fire pit, cafe lights and a band space with ample power. Tables and chairs are all inclusive for Careless Joe’s and The Overlook.
